    High=Overall, I tend to have positive energy and a 'what's possible' way of thinking.

    Low=I can be a naysayer and tend to think in terms of what's 'not possible'.

    High=I am effective at influencing others, gaining buy-in and leading change.

    Low=I have a hard time getting others to share my point of view OR I don't really care about influencing others.

    High=I show humility, I don't speak to others from a position of power and share my own mistakes/learnings.

    Low=I can come across as having a big ego or viewing myself as better than others. I don't acknowledge any wrong doing.

    Low=I tend to interrupt frequently and share my own thoughts.

    High=I give positive regard to others by always assuming they have positive intentions from their behaviors.

    Low=I usually doubt people's intensions and often create negative stories for why they did something.

    High=I am transparent and seek to bring clarity by sharing information and confirming understanding.

    Low=I tend to keep/hide information, it's hard to know what I'm thinking or planning.

    High=I empower others by giving them a clear vision and acceptance criteria then trusting them to make the right decisions. I tolerate mistakes during learning.

    Low=I don't trust anyone but myself to get the job done. I can be very directive and don't tolerate mistakes.

    Low=I am focused on task completion and not growing people. This isn't of high importance to me.
